Who did the Hamlet production?
It was the one on Broadway with Jude Law that ran for a couple months in the fall, directed by Michael Grandage. There were some attractive bits of staging-snow effects, broad, flowing tapestries-and Jude Law seemed to have a firm grasp on the character but much of the production seemed distant, dull and empty.
